The Empowerment Process
Loving Yourself First…
As we all know, all relationships whether they are personal or professional all relate to us as individuals. By mastering our inner relationship with ourselves, life can become easier, more joyful and harmonious. In this 3-month Empowerment Process program I have created a way for you to connect with your deepest sense of self and access your own inner wisdom. From this place within, you can create the life you desire. Combining years of study and personal experience in using my own intuition, I will show you how to connect with the guidance of your intuition, the knowing of your purpose, and the well-spring of love within.
The only thing that can ever block us from experiencing the love of ourselves is our own
beliefs, thoughts and emotional attachments resulting from an unpleasant experience or unconscious program. During the Empowerment Process we will be releasing all the blocks, programs and negative beliefs that no longer serve or support your growth. Then, you can choose to replace them with what works for you and what you consciously choose to have, believe and be. The empowerment process will take you from where you are now to where you want to be, with grace and ease!

Stepping into Success
In this process of self-discovery, transformation and empowerment I will be teaching classes on a bi-weekly basis at the School of Healing Arts in the beautiful Pacific Beach area of San Diego, CA. Complimenting these classes, I will be providing on-line support via email, personal coaching sessions every other week (6 30 min. sessions) , and give you a six month free subscription to my membership blog immediately following the program. How it all works!
Drawing from my own experience and education in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Reiki and Hypnosis, See Abby's Credentials here. I have created a process called Intuitive Success Coaching. For this process I combine the sciences of NLP and Hypnosis with the art of Reiki, chakra balancing, and intuitive guidance. From a young age, I have been what most people would consider psychic. My innate abilities were later developed in time as I took trainings in psychic development to hon my skills. I believe that we are all psychic at some level, and that by tuning into the subtle frequencies of energy using our intuition, we can all experience meta-physical, potential and past realities. It is always a matter of choice and decision I tell my clients…What I see is one possible reality, but what you choose is your life! It’s all perfect, it’s all good, it’s all love.
So what I’m trying to say is all the tools, resources and programs that I offer are meant to help you connect to the evolving intuitive wisdom within and to trust and know that you have all the answers!
